Social media is key in our communication strategy and is a major platform we use to share and promote the thousands of events we organise and host throughout the year, so your writing skills, in French and in English, must be of the highest level.
You’ll become one of our experts and practise various other tasks including optimising budgets and targeting our actions. Being familiar with the world of advertising and event agencies will make you shine, as well as having a passion for the product and the confidence to negotiate with our partners and other organisations.
Corporate Communications Officer
Description: You are tasked with promoting information about company actions towards such audiences as the media and local communities. You will draft corporate texts (speeches, articles, annual report etc.), and draw up and implement communications plans, especially for corporate sponsorship and environment. You will also handle media relations and take part in corporate events.
Son profil : You have a degree in communications or political science, and a three-year initial experience in a similar position. You have excellent writing skills in English and French. Your dynamism, enjoyment of teamwork, and your French/English bilingual skills will be a distinct advantage.
Internal Communication Officer
Description: Working with internal communication teams that provide information about company news, you will help promote and share Disney’s values, and nurture a sense of belonging to the company, encourage the motivation of our Cast Members (employees) and support leaders in their role as communicators. You will be tasked with advising the various departments of Disneyland Paris on how to promote comprehensive and effective daily communications throughout the company.
Profile: Ideally with a degree in journalism, communication, and/or marketing, you have 2 to 3 years’ experience in providing support for corporate communication. You are fully bilingual in both spoken and written English and French and are a skilled user of Office/Illustrator/Photoshop/Indesign/Final Cut and ideally Drupal. Your teamwork, flexibility, ability to multitask, strategic thinking and capacity to find solutions are a distinct advantage.
Offline Media Marketing Officer
Description: Working in the media management team and reporting directly to the Media Manager, you will be responsible for designing an offline media strategy and media plans in several European countries, in partnership with agencies. You will manage purchasing in partnership with agencies, develop events and special operations, manage relationships with local country offices, and coordinate with the advertising team, web team and central marketing team
Profile: Ideally you have a Master’s degree from a school of business, communication, and/or marketing or their equivalent, and about three years’ experience in the field of media, as an advertiser, in agency account management, multi-media experience, or developing and implementing media strategies. You are a capable project manager, media literate, and have media strategy skills. Fluent written and spoken English is essential for this position.

Business Solutions Division: Disneyland Paris has the fifth largest convention infrastructure in France and organizes 1,000 professional events each year, ranging from simple seminars to privatizing Theme Parks.
Disney's Hotel New York and Disney's Newport Bay Club have two convention centers with 23,500 m2 of space for seminars and conventions.
Description: Working in this department, you will join the team responsible for selling and organizing services for business events hosted at Disneyland Resort Paris, with the aim of growing sales and the number of overnight stays while delivering optimum service quality.
Profile: Ideally you have a BAC (French high school leaving certificate) and at least three years’ training in events and tourism. You are fluent in English know how to use MS Office. Your self-reliance, attention to detail and involvement, combined with good analytical skills, a capacity to adapt and to work in a team in a dynamic international environment will be an advantage.
Business Development Officer
Description: Working in this department, you will form part of the Business Development team responsible for expanding and identifying new markets. With the sales development manager, you will draw up and run a monthly action plan of sales actions for your market (sector emailing, telemarketing, appointments, inspection visits, etc.). You will prepare for and participate actively in major French and international trade fairs and attend the meetings of trade associations related to your market.
Profile: You are knowledgeable about tourism markets and are IT-proficient. You speak fluent English and if possible a third European language. Your interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, dynamism, sales technique, determination, sense of teamwork and initiative, flexibility and capacity to handle stress will be a distinct advantage.

Trainee/Apprentice in Communication for European Media
Description: Working in the European Media Communications Department, you will interface with seven European press offices to prepare TV shoots, print reports, and hold interviews, and with Disneyland Paris internal departments (shows, marketing, operation, etc.) you will organize filming and press reports. You will also help manage pan-European media projects and assist the image team during media events.
Profile: You are studying for a diploma at a business school or university, and would ideally have had a first internship experience in press relations. You are a good communicator, thorough, and able to take the initiative.
We offer apprenticeships in event management (minimum of 12 months).
Events Apprenticeship as assistant to the production manager
Description: Working in the Business Solutions department, you ensure that events requested by an external or internal client are successfully carried out. You will participate in the development of the proposal with the Project Manager and the Design & Concepts office. You will produce the event by setting out the necessary options to meet the expected deadlines with the departments concerned. You work closely with the departments concerned with the event production and with the production manager. You confirm the options from the various departments once the client has approved and ensure that the event is properly prepared and that the information is communicated, as well as managing all the expenses and ensuring that the budget is under control. You will monitor progress on the ground, and take the decisions needed with the relevant operational staff to ensure that the event runs smoothly. You will provide the information needed to complete the event and prepare an operational debriefing.
Profile: Ideally you will be already studying in an Events Management/Communication Master’s program. Your resourcefulness, carefulness, good organization, and involvement, backed by good analytical skills, a capacity to adapt and work in a team in a dynamic international environment, will be an advantage.
