At one of the 50 exceptional attractions and entertainment venues at Disneyland® Paris Resort, your mission is to welcome and guide Guests. Reporting to Park Operations Management, you provide Guests with information, offering a personalised, efficient welcome, adapted to the theme of your assigned attraction or show (information, advice, directions, costume). You help seat Guests, direct or filter the Guest flow and take care of opening and closing the attraction or venue. You keep your superior informed if any situations evolve then propose and apply immediate corrective actions. Every day, you respect and enforce the Resort’s high standards of security and hygeine procedures (cleaning and maintenance of your work environment). This role relies on your welcoming attitude and sense of service, your attention to detail, your high regard for safety and, of course, your excellent interpersonal skills with Guests and the other members of your team!
Skills and Qualifications
- Perfect command of the French language, as well as fluent English.
- A third European language is a plus.
- Available to work weekends, flexible working hours between 6.30 am and midnight
