Job description

At one of the 55 Disneyland® Paris themed restaurants, you will be part of the team which prepares various culinary specialities. Whether in the kitchens of Colonel Hathi’s Pizza Outpost or the Plaza Gardens Restaurant, you will use your talent to create taste sensations for guests from around the world. Your role will be to prepare quality dishes that contribute to a positive Guest experience and exemplify Disney service quality.  The most important assets for this position are autonomy, attention to detail, creativity and team spirit.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

  • Ensuring the preparation of dishes or pastries related to your restaurant’s theme and menu
  • Respecting the spec sheets for prepping, cooking, presentation and dispatch of all dishes
  • Ensuring that hygiene rules and HACCP norms are respected at every stage of the process
