Each of our Cast Members plays an integral role in the magic at Disneyland Paris which is brought to life for our guests. Whether our visitors arrive in the car park, buy their tickets at our Park gates or step onto an attraction, there is always a Cast Member there to meet their needs.

We are currently recruiting Attraction Operators, Greeting and Ticketing Hosts/Hostesses.

Food & Beverage

Serving 21 million meals every year, each with the same high quality, is the biggest challenge for our food & beverage department. Working at table service, buffet or counter service restaurants, the 15 to 100 Cast Members who make up each team aim for excellence and ensure every meal is a magical Disney moment. All of our Cast Members enjoy teamwork, are service-oriented, flexible and enthusiastic about our product.

We are currently recruiting Commis chefs, Waiters/Waitresses, Bartenders, Quick Service Staff.

At the heart of our business, sales jobs come in all shapes and sizes and are present throughout the guest experience. From our reservations teams, to our Cast Members in ticketing at our park entrances or even employees found in boutiques at attraction exits… they all play a pivotal role in the dynamic of our company and are an integral part of Disney magic.

We are currently recruiting Boutique salespersons.



Disneyland Paris welcomes visitors from around the world. To fulfil our guests needs and requests in the very best conditions, we offer a wide range of hotels and accommodation ranging from 2 to 5stars. From a real trapper camp to a fairytale castle, all meet the most demanding international standards and strive to make the magic of our Parks last much longer. Whatever the category of their hotel, each of our teams commit to the same excellence, the same high level of service and the same attention to detail so that each guest feels right at home, with that extra bit of magic: also known as, the Disney difference.

Types of contracts:

Seasonal contracts:

We are currently recruiting for several periods and contracts lasting from 2 weeks to 8 months:

  • Autumn: 2 weeks in October-November
  • Christmas: 2 weeks in December-January
  • Winter: 2 weeks in February-March
  • Spring: 2 weeks to 1 month in March-April
  • Summer High Season: 2 to 8 months between February and September (minimum  July and August)

All our contracts consist of a 35 hour working week and Cast Members are required to be flexibile to work shifts between 6 am and 2 am as well as weekends.

The Disneyland Paris Learning Program

Interested in learning a profession in a unique environment? Join us and obtain a professional qualification and language certificate thanks to our apprenticeship program! The Disneyland Paris Learning Program enables you to combine hands-on experience with theory-based learning on site, all provided by Disneyland Paris. Our aim is to help you either acquire a qualification or to complete an existing one. The duration of the contract varies from 6 months (for positions in our Boutiques or Food and Beverage departments) to 12 months (for positions in Ticketing or Reception).

  • show strong empathy with our guests and are service-oriented
  • can demonstrate an objective and professional attitude towards all our guests
  • preferably have had at least one job experience in hospitality or tourism 
  • enjoy interacting with our guests, especially children
  • endeavour to keep a  positive attitude and open mind at all times

It is important to note that all candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have all the administrative documents necessary to work in France.

Our Application Process

Your application will be reviewed by a recruiter with a view to being shortlisted for the recruitment session. During the session, we'll tell you about Disneyland Paris and explain the positions currently available. You'll then be interviewed by a recruiter who will carry out a brief assessment of your language skills.

After the interview:

  • If your interview was successful and there's a position that matches your profile and availability, you'll receive a job offer by mail and then a contract.
  • If your interview was successful, but there are no positions that match your profile and/or availability dates, your application will be placed in our talent pool until there is a position that matches your profile and availability.
  • If your interview was unsuccessful, you will be informed that your profile does not match the positions we offer. However, you can still apply for future offers online if you wish.



If you are a European Union resident, you can benefit from state health coverage. You will need to provide your birth certificate in the official European format which can be obtained at the town or city hall of your place of residence.

Cast Members with temporary contracts (CDD) may request company housing (certain conditions apply, places are limited). For those with permanent contracts (CDI), our housing team is available to help you find suitable housing.
