We serve 21 million meals each year, so the quality of service in our Food & Beverage department is extremely important. Offering table, buffet and quick service at our restaurant, the 15 to 100 professionals that make up each team work hard so our Guests experience the Disney magic during every meal ! All of our staff share the same desire to provide our Guests with the best possible service, they also enjoy working as part of a team and take a real interest in our product.

Sales jobs are central to our business activity. At Disneyland Paris, sales takes various forms such as: taking booking for our hotels and upselling in our boutiques. Our sales jobs are key to the development of our Resort and our  Cast Members in these departments contribute fully to the magic of Disney.

To receive them in the best possible conditions, we offer a wide range of hotels and lodging. From the Ranch Davy Crockett to the fairy tale castle-like Disneyland Hotel, all of our hotels and lodging meet the most demanding international standards and continue the Disney experience in their own special way. Regardless of the hotel category, each team is committed to providing the same excellence, sense of service and attention to detail. Everything must be perfect so that each of our Guests can feel at home and feel that little extra magic that creates the Disney enchantment.

The types of contracts we offer:

  • Temporary contracts:

The duration of our seasonal contracts is between 2 and 8 months.

  • Autumn : 2 weeks in October-Novermber
  • Christmas holidays : 2 weeks in December-January
  • Winter : 2 weeks in February-March
  • Printemps : from 2 weeks to one month in March-April
  • Summer : 2 to 8 months between February-September (July and August minimum)

All these contracts are full-time (35h) and demand an important fexibility in terms of timetable (work on weekends or between 6 am and 2 am).

Disneyland Paris Learning Program:

Interested in learning a profession in a unique environment? Join us and obtain a professional qualification and language certificate thanks to our apprenticeship program! The Disneyland Paris Learning Program enables you to combine hands-on experience with theory-based learning on site, all provided by Disneyland Paris.

Our aim is to help you either acquire a qualification or to complete an existing one. The duration of the contract varies from 6 months (for positions in our Boutiques or Food and Beverage departments) to 12 months (for positions in Ticketing or Reception).

  • Work full-time (35h/week): 75% practical and 25% theory
  • Acquire a recognised professional qualification

We are looking for candidates who:

  • are cheerful, welcoming, dynamic and curious
  • have good French and English language skills
  • show strong empathy with our guests and are service-oriented
  • can demonstrate an objective and professional attitude towards all our guests
  • preferably have had at least one job experience in hospitality or tourism 
  • enjoy interacting with our guests, especially children
  • endeavour to keep a  positive attitude and open mind at all times

It is important to note that all candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have all the administrative documents necessary to work in France.

Our application process

Your application will be reviewed by a recruiter with a view to being shortlisted for the recruitment session. During the session, we'll tell you about Disneyland Paris and explain the positions currently available. You'll then be interviewed by a recruiter who will carry out a brief assessment of your language skills.

After the interview:

  • If your interview was successful and there's a position that matches your profile and availability, you'll receive a job offer by mail and then a contract.
  • If your interview was successful, but there are no positions that match your profile and/or availability dates, your application will be placed in our talent pool until there is a position that matches your profile and availability.
  • If your interview was unsuccessful, you will be informed that your profile does not match the positions we offer. However, you can still apply for future offers online if you wish.

Cast Members with temporary contracts (CDD) may request company housing (certain conditions apply, places are limited). For those with permanent contracts (CDI), our housing team is available to help you find suitable housing.
