DOES DISNEYLAND® PARIS OFFER HOUSING SOLUTIONS FOR ITS EMPLOYEES?

Housing

To make our jobs as accessible as possible (regardless of your where you live), we offer temporary housing solutions for employees, as well as housing assistance.

If your main place of residence is outside of France or the Ile-de-France region, and depending on your work contract, we offer various housing options:

  • If you are on a fixed term (CDD) contract, an apprenticeship, a vocational programme or other work-study programme that lasts over 28 days, you may be eligible for accommodation in Disney residences or hotel-type residences.

The monthly rent is €350, including internet access and charges (water, electricity, renter’s insurance and Council tax), due at the end of each month. A €200 security deposit is required the day you arrive. These units are not subsidised APL housing, which means you cannot benefit from a personalised housing subsidy (APL) from the French government.

  • If you are on an open-ended (CDI) contract, we offer individual studio apartments in a temporary residence (2 years maximum).

Monthly rent ranges from €440 to €580 (depending on the Residence), due at the end of each month. These studios are subsidised APL housing, which means you can benefit from a personalised housing subsidy (APL) from the French government, subject to eligibility. For more information, see other Housing FAQ.
