HOW CAN I HELP PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT WHILE WORKING AT DISNEYLAND® PARIS?

Our commitments

When you join Disneyland® Paris, you work for a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company, a group with strong environmental commitments.
Walt Disney films, at the heart of our heritage, have always featured the beauty of the natural world.

Plus, Disneyland Paris is a destination that welcomes over 15 million guests every year, giving it considerable ecologic clout.

For all these reasons, the Resort strives every day to do its best to respect its immediate environment, and to encourage all those who pass through - guests, Cast Members, suppliers – to do the same.

As a Cast Member, you play an essential role: by adopting the right reflexes and participating in our awareness initiatives, you contribute to change! For example, when you implement one of our 4 keys–the Key of Efficiency–you optimise resources and are careful to avoid waste whenever possible.

Also, throughout the year, Disneyland Paris gives its Cast Members opportunities take a stand for the environment and raise guest awareness. For example, during the European Week of Mobility, the Environment Team meets with Disneyland Paris Cast Members backstage. They talk about the advantages of carpooling, provide information on soft transport and mass transportation, promote eco-driving methods and present the electric cars used on the site.

For Earth Day, Cast Members are invited to participate in fun activities in nature and to support environmental associations.

Good idea

Fun fact! The Disneyland Paris restaurants recycle organic waste which is then used to make fertiliser and generate electricity.
