Disneyland Paris can propose temporary individual housing (2 years maximum) through its partnerships with 6 temporary residences in nearby Val d’Europe towns.

In these six temporary residences, Disneyland Paris has reserved a total of 612 furnished and equipped individual studios for employees recruited outside the Paris area and abroad in order to help them settle into accommodations as soon as they arrive in Marne-La-Vallée.

All six residences operate on a similar basis.

TYPE of housing:

Temporary subsidized housing for 2 years maximum

These residences are reserved for:

  • Disney employees with 35-hr/week contracts: permanent (CDI), apprenticeship and/or professionalization
  • Single parents living with a child


Fully furnished and equipped one-person studios measuring from 15m² to 20m².

These studios include an equipped kitchen (refrigerator and electric hobs), a separate bathroom, a single bed, television outlet, telephone outlet.


The low monthly rent varies depending on which of the six subsidized residences you live in. It is due at the end of each month, paid directly to the residence.                

Security deposit:                     

  • The equivalent of 1 month’s rent to be paid on the day of your arrival
  • or the possibility of using LOCA-PASS® (unless you have filed for over-indebtedness). The LOCA-PASS® is a measure created by the French government to help employed individuals access housing. It is a zero-interest loan which can be reimbursed over a maximum of 24 months.


Social support, assistance with finding permanent housing, reception area. An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner can be borrowed from reception as well as dishes (in some residences), a cleaning kit, bedding (duvet, sheet).

  • Annual home insurance for some residents

A FEW RESIDENCE rules and regulations:

  • No animals allowed
  • Guests cannot stay overnight

The Résidétapes studios are all individual, fully furnished and equipped, measuring about 17-18m² and a certain number are reserved for Disneyland Paris employees.

  • Montévrain (post code: 77144): 101 individual studios
  • Chessy (77700): 107 individual studios
  • Serris (77700): 115 individual studios
