Job description

In one of the 7 Disneyland® Paris hotels, you will be in charge of day-to-day Housekeeping team operations providing impeccable service to every hotel Guest. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will ensure that each member of your team knows their specific role in achieving the expected results. This position requires excellent leadership, interpersonal and listening skills, and a keen sense of service. You must be detail oriented, enjoy transmitting your know-how and relate well to all kinds of people.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

  • Organising and controling your team members’ tasks
  • Assessing your team members’ skills and conduct
  • Providing training and personalised follow-up when necessary
  • Enforcing all hygiene and safety rules
  • Meeting productivity objectives for your activity
  • Working in close collaboration with support teams (Finance, Maintenance, Quality…) and alerting them to any gap between actual results and the set objectives
  • Finding solutions to get back on track
