As a result of the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic and in line with government measures, Disneyland Paris will remain closed until further notice.

During this period of time, all recruitment/onboarding sessions, auditions and job interviews will be suspended.

Job description

Disneyland® Paris is located on a vast, fast-growing site, providing huge real estate challenges. The 55 Cast Members of the Real Estate Division are in charge of real estate strategy, Euro Disney’s property – offices and businesses, hotels, tourist residences and convention centres, Disney Village – and managing real estate projects throughout the Val d’Europe Agglomération*, a total of 2200 hectares. Their role is to ensure harmonious urban planning and development of Val d’Europe while respecting environmental norms.

At the heart of the Division’s activities, you will report to the Senior Manager Destination Development. Your role will be to advise and assist the Development Team in charge of operational projects, providing support for  their day-to-day work. This position requires good interpersonal skills, rigour and the ability to anticipate. You will contribute to the long-term growth and development of Disneyland Paris, the value of Euro Disney property and the success of the Resort as a whole.

* Val d’Europe Agglomération is one of the main urban and business sectors of the eastern Île-de-France region and one of the biggest tourism hubs in Europe  

Your day-to-day responsibilities
