In one of the 7 Disneyland® Paris hotels - providing up to 5-star service – you will be one of the first faces our Guests meet during their stay. Reporting to the Reception Manager, your role will be to make Guests feel immediately welcome and at home. You will not be alone, you can count on the whole hotel team to make Guests’ dreams come true. The most important asset for this position is your ability to provide a warm, sincere welcome to every Guest, young and old.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Performing check-in procedures, and helping Guests to organise their stay in the very best conditions
- Providing Guests with advice on where to go, reserving a restuarant or show
- Performing check-out procedures and ensuring client satisfaction
- Using your creativity and organisational skills to handle a wide range of requests, even the most unusual
- Always responding with a smile
