Job description

At the heart of Disneyland® Paris shows and events, you will participate in high quality, innovative artistic projects. You will enjoy adequate means and a work environment where “sound” is given high priority.  Your role is to manage the sound portion of shows and/or events: soundtrack, “lives”, feedback, backline… You must be committed, punctual, organised and reliable. Working hours vary according to the needs of the show, including weekends, holidays and evenings. Personal protection equipment and appropriate clothing must be worn at all times..

Your day-to-day responsibilities

  • Installing, adjusting and running the show on a daily basis
  • Ensuring upkeep and maintenance of the sound equipment under your responsibility: microphones, speakers, amps
  • Ensuring that your workspace (sound board, audio equipment racks and accessories) is tidy and well-organised
  • Rigorously respecting safety instructions before, during and after shows
  • Participating in show preparation and rehearsals with technical and artistic teams

We are looking for candidates with

  • BTS to Bac+5 diploma in sound or audiovisual, or equivalent degree (2-year Vocational, Bachelors or Masters in Audiovisual)
  • A-Level/ Bac or equivalent in audiovisual, cinema, entertainment or music, plus a professional experience
  • Excellent hearing recommended
  • General knowledge of technical and artistic entertainment professions (various sound boards)
  • Knowledge of the job’s safety rules and regulations
  • At least 2 years’ experience in analogue and digital sound
  • Good physical condition (heavy load carrying)
