Job description

Reporting to the Park Operations Manager, you will optimise the results of daily activity.  Your mission: contribute to Guest satisfaction and, of course, make them dream!  Your role will consist in making their stay at Disneyland (r) Paris unforgettable by consistently meeting a high quality (efficiency, friendly service, quality information, etc.), hygiene and safety standards. This position requires an excellent level of French and English, and preferably a third language.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

  • Being actively involved with your teams, organising, following-up and supervising their work, and accompanying them with continuous dialogue.
  • Motivating them to do their best every day with your dynamic attitude and energy.  
  • Providing team member training and development, transmitting the technical and interpersonal skills they need to succeed.
  • Taking part in department management by communicating with various divisions, and alerting them to any gap between actual results and set objectives.
