Job description

At Disneyland® Paris, the best magic comes wrapped in technology ! But shhhh… the Guests must never know. As an Engineer, you will be working in a unique setting where specialists in mechanical engineering, automation, computing, robotics, maintenance, and more, all collaborate to create and bring to life the most innovative attractions. The vehicles of Pinocchio’s Daring Journey, for example, are equipped with scrutineers to ensure safe movement, while those at Autopia have a new braking system combining GPS and an ultrasound sensor to prevent collisions. Because, of course, with 15 million visitors every year, safety conditions and methods are similar to those used in the aeronautics or rail industry.

For this position, you must be, above all, truly openminded, willing and able to work and share as a team to meet the challenges you will find at Disneyland® Paris, and no where else.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

  • Contributing to large-scale projects, i.e. when Disneyland® Paris regularly renews its attractions (installation or refurbishment) which mobilize multiple skills
  • Using your creativity to design or remodel technological solutions
  • Working with a team, mobilising all the necessary skills to implement complex projects

The key to excellence

  • Detail-oriented To ensure safety in all circumstances

  • Creative To solve even the most complex problems

  • Reactive To repair or improve a device

  • Team spirit To lead exciting projects
