Environnement

Since January 2018, five Disneyland Paris® hotels participate in the French voluntary programme of environmental rating for hotels and the results are nothing short of excellent.

This hotel environmental rating display, ranging from “A” to “E”, is a continuous improvement approach for hotel owners who commit on a voluntary basis to limit the environmental impact of a hotel stay with breakfast.

The purpose of this initiative, supported and governed by the Minister of Ecological Transition and Solidarity and the Environment and Energy Conservation Agency (ADEME), is to better inform consumers.

The Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch, Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne and Disney’s Hotel Santa Fe all boast the highest rating of “A”.

The Disney’s Sequoia Lodge and Disney’s Hotel Newport Bay Club have both earned a “B”.

These ratings are attributed according to the following criteria:

  • Carbon footprint (greenhouse gas emissions),
  • Non-renewable resource consumption,
  • Water consumption,
  • The percentage of organic or eco-label products in hotel supplies
