Did you know that Food and Beverage at Disneyland Paris is not just Fast Food and Quick Service? Far from it! Serving over 12 million meals each year in our 55 restaurants and 13 bars/cafés, we offer an exceptional variety of food service for a demanding international clientele.  

This diverse, multi-faceted food service enables Disneyland Paris to propose varied and exciting careers. Chef de partie, Chef de rang, Barman, Commis, Pastry Chef, Food & Beverage Employee, Server, etc. every food and beverage profession has its place at our Resort. You can train and work in an open, multicultural setting, develop your service skills and enjoy career advancement by changing jobs and taking on new responsibilities.

We have a name for our new food and beverage strategy: “Eat-ertainment”. We want to stage our meals, to spotlight everything available at the restaurants and bars throughout our destination.

 

“Our resort generates emotion for our guests during and after their visit, and the mealtime experience needs to be a part of that, creating memories just like our attractions, shows and Disney Character meet-and-greets. This strategy announces a veritable cultural revolution, offering guests an immersive experience in each of our franchises. Our products have to taste good, look good and be good for you, but most importantly, they have to tell a story. A meal at Disneyland Paris must have a unique appearance and unique flavour.”

Our restaurant menus are being progressively adapted to tell the story of our franchises. For example, the Pizzeria Bella Notte now serves spaghetti in tribute to the iconic scene from the film Lady and the Tramp. This year, over 200 products or recipes have been created featuring Disney, Marvel, Star Wars and Pixar heroes in a seasonal offer or as permanent menu items. 

Organic, healthy, tasty food, the revolution has begun

Fresh ingredients, innovative recipes, gourmet meals, quick service, table service or buffets… There’s always something new at our restaurants, providing guests with even higher quality, more innovation and exclusive offers, while adapting to new eating patterns (nomad lifestyles, organic food, vegans, etc).

In several of our restaurants, you will be serving our guests delicious vegan dishes: falafels, Venere black rice with peas and morel mushrooms served with soybean and carrots, berry Pavlova, chilli and more. Disneyland Paris also serves gourmet vegan meals. A new way for our chefs to show off their creativity!

Plus, our destination has introduced organic products such as Honest drinks, Rendez-vous Gourmand wines and a new fair trade Rainforest Alliance certified coffee.

A dedicated Quality Control team verifies all our products

Every recipe developed at Disneyland Paris is controlled by our Product Quality hub within the EPSI Food team. From creation to retail sale, the Product Quality hub ensures that all the dishes and products we serve comply with current regulations and specifications defined in the development phase.  

“We keep a close eye on what goes into dishes and products served throughout our Resort [...] and work closely with the Chefs. Healthy eating means less fat, less salt, less sugar, better balance! On the scale of our group, that means challenging our suppliers to provide healthier alternatives and varying side dishes, for example.”

Plus, at each point of sale, an “Allergy Information” chart shows which allergens can be found in every product or dish sold. This legal obligation enables our guests with food allergies to choose from the menu with peace of mind.
