Advice & coaching
Armed with pencils, blush, hairpieces and wigs, our hairdresser-make-up artists go wherever duty calls, from Disneyland® Park to Walt Disney Studios® Park, to events held in Disney hotels or even off site. This versatile team creates beauty that lasts for an hour or a day, and memories that last a lifetime.
Our team of 24 professionals (and up to 50 people in peak season) follows detailed instructions for each performer’s make-up and hairstyle. In addition to their make-up skills, our artists must know how to fit bases and wigs. They are also encouraged to be creative and can submit make-up concepts for approval from the show’s director.
This team works with performers in various locations: stage shows, parades and Princess, Prince and Villain meet & greets. Sometimes they just give advice or a helping hand, other times they apply full make-up for roles that require more precise work, or if several roles need to have identical make-up.
