Trade Discovery Days at Disneyland® Paris: Good Job!

Open Days

On January 17 and 18, the Disneyland® Paris Trade Discovery Days attracted nearly 7,400 visitors. This unique event provided myriad encounters and exchanges, inviting visitors to discover the wide range of jobs at Disneyland Paris.

The year 2020 is off to a great start with an exceptional event held at the Dome Disney Village®.  Throughout the 2-day open house, Cast Members were on hand to welcome visitors and talk about their job with our Company, exchanging on the many professions that exist on stage, backstage and in our offices.

“The day went really well. I met a lot of interesting people, curious visitors and prospective Cast Members, and I enjoyed telling them about the different engineering jobs, a side of our company that Park guests never see.” - Quentin Rodrigues, Mechanical Engineering Cast Member.

The event kicked off with a welcome speech by Natacha Rafalski, President of Disneyland Paris, followed by presentations and round tables on a variety of themes, all spotlighting our various professions. One highlight for participants was hearing Daniel Delcourt, Chief Operating Officer, talk about his professional career at Disneyland® Paris.

“We came today because Matthis was wondering what kinds of jobs are available at Disney and we thought this open house could give us some answers (…) We had never imagined there were so many different professions (…) You don’t realise all the work that goes on behind the scenes.” - Ludovic Rosereau, Sale Animato
